Riccardo responded quickly to our request for a tradesperson and came the following day. He identified the fault quickly and attempted to to source a replacement part locally in order to fix the problem the same day. None was available, but as soon as we obtained a part from the manufacturer he attended immediately and completed the repair. Excellent service and very reasonable charges. Well recommended.
